Feedly / Evernote

I don't have much time to browse the internet but I have to monitor multiple resourses such as websites, news and blogs daily and share extracts with my team. I was quite dissapointed when Google Reader shut down this July but Feedly as an alternative has occurred quite simple. At first glance, it looked no less convenient than the original service. Then I tried to compose Evernote and Feedly possibilities and I have found such combination quite natural. Now Feedly allows me to read my subscriptions and share interesting articles with my team. Evernote enables me to tag and save extracts from the news and blogs for future reference. So far so good...

Tumblr
An extremely easy to use and reasonably flexible tool which enables our team to create both demonstration and production marketplaces in a blink. The feature that has attracted me from the beginning is a possibility to instantly post an attractive image with a link clicking on which users access our pop-up frame application. Works on mobiles as well as on desktops.

Storify

A brilliant service which allows us to present Bookingrid suppliers with comprehensive descriptions from independent sources to our users. Complements our Tumblr marketplaces.

Atlassian Bitbucket
Hosts the source code of Bookingrid applications and enables our team to manage software releases.

1and1 Dedicated Server Hosting

1and1 hosts our develoment and test servers. As simple as a stick to operate and as quick as lightning to deploy. We manage our dedicated servers ourselves and all we need is high reliability. The state-of-the-art data centre of 1and1 in Germany has always impressed me and still fulfills our needs in test servers.

We don't use it as a collaboration tool yet. However, it provides me with a very convenient instrument of task tracking and to-do list.

Hosts all our emails and many documents. It is hard to overestimate it. We balance on it, literally.

This is our main collaboration tool - daily teleconferences with our team members and developers wherever they are.

A superb issue tracker which is indispensable for communicating and tracking records with designers and developers of our software.

We accept client payments online with PayPal. It enables partial and full refunds, which are absolutely vital for managing user bids, and transfers to our revenue account for further clearing. Such solution makes our booking system incredibly safe and anonymous because we do not ask and store personal details of our consumers other than their email addresses to confirm bookings. User payment card details can never be disclosed, in whatever manner our services are used.
